The estate property is now dedicated to fruit for the Davies Cabernet Sauvignon, grown right there in the Diamond Mountain AVA. There’s a lot of excitement now in fall of 2016 as they prepare to open a new tasting room in St. Helena for tasting these wines. As this brand moves forward, Davies and his team take great upholding environmentally sound practices in the vineyards.
Davies also tells us about Camp Schramsberg, a 2-day immersion into the process of sparkling wine harvest and production that you can participate in. Listen and you shall learn how to get involved, taste the wines and enjoy.
