After spending time with Chef Johnny Anderes of The Kitchen for an article recently published in the Clever Root Magazine, I was drawn back for an interview with the smart and clever Wine Director Shea Zimmerman. Just walking into the gorgeous space in the historic Reid Murdoch building is enough to please but hearing about the sustainability and community initiatives of The Kitchen is a clincher.
