San Francisco’s Tara Patrick of Mourad Talks Moroccan Cuisine, Oregon Pinot Noir

The streets of San Francisco have never looked better, especially with the addition of Mourad Restaurant in the gorgeous and historic PacBell Building downtown. Snagging its first Michelin Star doesn’t hurt either. Join us to hear South Carolina native Sommelier Tara Patrick, recently featured in SommJournal for her work at the renowned Quince Restaurant,  discuss the fun she has pairing unique wine to the Moroccan cuisine of the restaurant. While she veers towards old world wines frequently, she is loving Oregon Pinot Noir lately and finds it works well with the cuisine at Mourad.
