Today, with Charles Ford of The Bristol Chicago, we taste an acclaimed Pouilly-Fumé by enigmatic Didier Dagueneau sided by another Sauvignon Blanc, this one from Lake County California, produced by the team of dynamic winemakers Claude Koeberle & Donald Plumley, emulating Dagueneau’s style. Finally, we taste an unfiltered Niagara Pinot Noir from Norman Hardie’s Prince Edward Country, Southern Ontario, Canada winery, located a couple of hours from Toronto and about 4-5 hours from Montreal. Hear Ford’s pairing suggestions to dishes at The Bristol, as well.
