Zingerman’s Roadhouse’s Carly Bower on Part 2 of Zingerman’s Wine & Cheese
Carly Bower, 9-year Zingerman’s veteran and Bar Manager at Zingerman’s Roadhouse, talks about the All-American wine list, including small production Michigan wines, which we taste in another episode, along with wines from New York, Ohio and more. Fresh oysters and fresh seafood sits on this menu along side their renowned BBQ and house-made mac-n-cheese, made to order. Dry aged and locally raised beef is another great choice, with most all other dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
